California Sales Tax

We collect California sales tax since our offices are located within California.

• Smart Living Direct is not required to collect sales tax on orders delivered outside of California.
• If you're order is delivering to California, yet you feel you should not pay sales tax, please give one of our representatives a call and we will send you the appropriate forms to waive the tax.
• Our shopping cart automatically calculates the appropriate taxes during the checkout process.
• You may be required to remit sales tax to your local taxing authority.
• We encourage you to review your state's regulations before you shop.
