Return Policy

You may return merchandise 14 days from receipt, for a full money back refund (excluding any shipping charges) or exchange, using our Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA system.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Please ship your parcel back to Smart Living Direct freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, Smart Living Direct cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.

Once we receive your return and if the above conditions are met, we will refund or exchange your product within 3 days.

If the above conditions are not met, Smart Living Direct has the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service department. However, you can return the item for a refund. See above for our Return policy.
